Housekeeping

The view from my window this morning

Even on holidays there is a certain amount of adulting to be done. Today we have done laundry, repacked, done our online check-in and booked a taxi for the trip to the airport and 6:30am tomorrow. This is certainly proving to be the trip of early starts!

In the midst of all this busy-ness we found some time to enjoy the peace of Monica's garden.

Sharing some reading time and a bowl of the most delicious plums right off the trees in the garden.

And a quiet walk around the local area to see some more beautiful gardens in a famous nursery nearby. Wendy Best you would love this place!

I wish we had smell-e-vision, this rose was just so overpoweringly fragrant is stopped me in my tracks!

We had a lovely visit with Pernilla and her growing-oh-so-fast kids in the evening and are very sad to be at the end of our Sweden leg, but onward and upward as they say. We're off to Düsseldorf tomorrow.

See you in Germany my lovelies.
