Day 18

Cotswolds

We’re off adventuring today with a trip to the Cotswolds, specifically Lacock, a medieval village  where photography was invented and film set for Harry Potter, we’re NOT here to see the Harry Potter set…we’re not…really!   We hired a car and headed out with our trusty sat. nav. – Ken. It’s rainy and a bit gloomy so not many photos of the little villages we passed on the way. Of course without our trusty tour guide Liz we’re not actually sure what we’re seeing but it’s all very green English countryside chocolate boxy, so we’re happy.

We’re staying in this lovely B & B called the Old Rectory which is nowhere near as wonderful as the gorgeous Ryan² B & B in Wokingham but we’ll just have to make do for one night.
